Anderson Analytics Honored at Advertising Research Foundation

Anderson Analytics ARF Award

Yesterday at the ARF Anderson Analytics was honored at the luncheon during the ARF Great Minds Awards Ceremony. For our work with next generation market research methodologies in the area of text analytics as well as new media research (social networks, blogs, discussion boards etc.) both myself and my colleague Jesse Chen were among the award finalists in the Innovation category and the Rising Star category, respectively.

Jesse Chen of Anderson Analytics received the 2009 ARF Rising Star Award for Research Distinction. I was also awarded with the 2009 ARF Innovation Award for Research Distinction for the development of research ideas.

Several others from innovative companies also received rewards. The Life Time Achievement Award was especially noteworthy and was awarded to Gerry Lukeman, Chairman Emeritus of Ipsos ASI, and Gale D. Metzger, retired Co-founder and President of Statistical Research, Inc. (SRI).

We are thankful to the ARF for the awards and grateful for their work in recognizing market researchers.

    Congratulations Tom. It’s good to know there are people like you and your team, showing the industry there’s a lot to do to strenghten MR, and most important, that creativity applies in every single aspect of our path.
