Last week I published a directory of Next Gen Market Research (NGMR) members who Tweet. Since then I’ve had many additional members ask to be listed, so will be posting a new updated larger list soon.
Today I’m posting a directory of those members who Blog. Again, while most of our members are market researchers, there are a few notable group members like Guy Kawasaki, Laura Ries and Grant McCracken who are authors/speakers on marketing.
For more info on NGMR and the list see below.

The above blogs are mainly related to consumer insights/marketing. Two NGMR members who blog mainly about topics other than work are:
1. Tom Ewing, who writes about pop culture – music, film, TV, food and drink, books, art, science… at Freaky Trigger.
2. Ted Kendall writes about places to eat from the regular guy’s point of view at Burgers & Fries.
Both lists above are sorted by ‘NGMR Blog Index Rank’ which was generated by averaging July Compete unique visitors, Alexa Ranking, and Google Ranking. If you are an NGMR member and would like to add your blog or correct your listing please visit the blog director link on LinkedIn.
The Next Gen Market Research Group (NGMR) on LinkedIn is an invitation only group of LinkedIn members who work in market research, marketing, data mining, or social media . The group was founded because Marketing Research/Consumer Insights have changed little since the mid 90’s and still offer only 1.0 Insights. This is a group for US professionals with 7+ y/exp who want more than traditional MR.
