Coming Soon, The Web 1.0 Awards

We may all be tired of hearing “web2.0″, and even “web 3.0″ but I’m guessing at least “1.0″ will be staying with us for a while. In fact I’m thinking it may make for a useful social media insult in 2010?

I used it for the first time yesterday in a blog response. “That’s so 1.0 of you”, could also be used to describe what a company is doing or not doing on the web or with any customer touch point “that’s so 1.0 of them”.

What do you think? Has anyone heard of this buzz word being used in this manner before?

I’m thinking we could even give out some “Web 1.0″ awards here on the blog to some companies/organizations who aren’t following the spirit of social media.
