Tom H. C. Anderson Joining Merlien Institute Advisory Board

I am pleased to announce today that I have accepted an invitation to join the Advisory Board of Merlien Institute.

Merlien Institute is a progressive, global organization which dedicated to the advancement of qualitative research in academia, business and policy environments. Given my keen interest in text analytics I was especially attracted to the opportunity to grow my knowledge and contacts on the qualitative side of research.

Merlien’s mission is to provide an effective cross-fertilization platform for academics and practitioners to discuss, debate and disseminate best practices.

The Institute was founded in 2006 in The Netherlands. The Singapore office was later established in 2009 to help support the growing demand in the Asia-Pacific region. Merlien Institute, with its 23-strong Advisory Board Members now host more than 10 annual meetings around the globe.

I will be serving as an advisor primarily to the Americas Chapter, and look forward to this interesting opportunity!
