Tom, very interesting, enlightening interview revealing the evolution of your thought relative to twitter, blogging and social media in general.
Your comments further on in the discussion regarding how on the one hand “social media is more personal” -and then referencing Drip Marketing principles (which have been successfully applied in the realm of social media), further underscores how you’ve not only come to embrace these tools-but you’ve become a genuine social networking leader in your own right, in addition to your distinguished credentials as a Market Research Guru.
Keep up the great work…both as an interviewer and interviewee.
