Sometimes arguments for a proposed change are much too weak for too many. Who actually benefits?
Eli Goldratt, the father of process improvement, whom I’ve interviewed here on the blog just shared the video below.
Eli doesn’t believe all change and cost cutting measures are good, especially not for Market Research. If it truly makes sense, it should be logical and easy to explain. That is why debate is so important.
This is of course separate from the NGMR meme contest we have going on, but feel free to participate in both!
